Well a lot has happened since the last time I posted.

We got married!! It was a beautiful, joyous occasion.. One I will never forget! My husband is so handsome and the first couple months of married life have been bliss. Our pictures are back and I love every single one out of all 830! But to share a few..

In other news, I have a little secret... on my 25th birthday I signed up for a Certified Personal Trainer course through NASM. I'm happy to say that last week on October 5th I took my certification exam and I passed!

Now that the wedding is out of the way and studying is no longer an excuse, I am ready to put this knowledge to use and crush some new goals! I'm proud to say that it's been just over a year since I began exercising on a regular basis and learned how to eat healthy instead of "diet". That means I am in the maintenance phase for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE! I have maintained my weight and yo-yo'ing is a thing of the past. No more working out for 2 weeks, stopping for 3 months, working out for 3 weeks, quitting for 2 months, etc. I have made working out a part of my routine and I can honestly say I miss it if I don't go. I'm excited to start a new workout routine I created for myself and see what progress I can make over the winter. 

My short term goal is to commit to 3 cardio sessions in addition to my regular 5 lifting sessions a week for the next 4 weeks. I'm ready and more motivated than ever!
